FAQs
A little clarity.
A lovely start.
From choosing a pattern to making it your own, here are answers to the questions you might have.
A pattern for your hands. A project for your imagination.
Loopavelle sells digital crochet patterns. Finished pieces, yarn and tools are not included.
01 · Before you begin
What am I buying?
You’re buying instructions to crochet the project yourself. Check the product page for the file format and exactly what’s included. The photos show the project, not a finished item that will be shipped to you.
Are the patterns suitable for beginners?
It depends on the project. Read the skill level and required techniques on its product page. A small project isn’t always a beginner project. If you’re unsure which pattern fits your experience, ask us before buying.
What materials will I need?
Use the materials list for your chosen pattern. Yarn, hook size and any extras vary by project. Changing the yarn or hook can change the finished size and appearance.
Which language and crochet terms are used?
Check the language and terminology stated on the product page before purchasing. US and UK crochet terms can differ. If the listing doesn’t make this clear, contact us to confirm.
02 · Your order & your make
Where can I find my pattern file?
Check your order confirmation and any delivery email, including your spam folder. If you can’t find the download instructions or access your file, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Can I read a PDF on my phone or print it?
Yes. For patterns supplied as PDFs, use a PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. You may print a copy and keep a backup for your own use. Please don’t distribute the file or printed instructions.
Can I sell the pieces I make?
Yes, you may sell pieces you personally crochet by hand using our patterns. Use your own photos. Sharing or reselling the pattern itself isn’t included. See our Pattern Usage & Permissions for the full terms.
What if I’m stuck or there’s a problem with my order?
Send us the pattern name and the step, row or round you’re asking about. For an order or file issue, include your order number and describe what happened. Refund requests are handled under the store’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
