Check your inbox.
Look for your order confirmation and any separate download email. Check spam, junk and promotions folders too. Use the email address you entered at checkout.
Follow the download instructions.
Use the instructions supplied with your order. Save the file to your device and check its Downloads folder. If you can’t find a link, contact us with your order number.
Open it & keep a copy.
For PDF patterns, use a PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. You may save a personal backup or print a copy for your own use.
Something not opening?
I can’t find the email or link.
Check your checkout email and spam folders. If nothing appears, send us your order number and the email used for your purchase.
The file won’t open.
Check that the download finished. Try saving it again, opening it in a PDF reader or using another device. If it still fails, tell us the file name and any error message.
The link shows an error.
Contact us with your order number and the error shown. Keep the download link private; don’t post it publicly.
